Check-in: accommodations may be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival; contact staff in case of arrival after 7 p.m.

Reservation terms: a deposit is required for final reservation.
Payment terms/rate details/any discounts: room rates are based on minimum stays of 3 nights. For stays of 1 or 2 nights the price is increased.
Conditions of use: smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
Children and teens: children under 2 years are not allowed; no special discounts or reductions.
Pets: small and medium-sized dogs are allowed.
Other extra services for a fee: use of the kitchenette in mini suites is not included in the room price.
