Agritourism Scriciol is located a few hundred meters from the historic center of San Zeno di Montagna, surrounded by the green of Mount Baldo, a few kilometers away from the shores of Lake Garda.

The farmhouse, set on a beautiful natural terrace, welcomes guests into an entirely new building, embellished with traditional stone walls and numerous balconies with a splendid view of Lake Garda.

It is immersed in green woods and surrounded by the silence of nature. Here, far from the crowds and swirling rhythm of modern life, silence and peace reign.

It’s like coming home in the evening, even on holiday, and finding yourself in a welcoming, quiet place with a splendid view of Lake Garda. Above all, it is the perfect place to experience the real Lake Garda.

Scriciol agritourism offers its guests apartments and double rooms with double beds and private bathroom. Each accommodation is different from the other: the colors, furnishings and layout, and each room are dedicated to a particular element of our territory.

Blu, Cavalli, Fiat 652 and Italia are the names of the 4 rooms in our building. The first two have a small outdoor garden while the others have a spacious balcony.

The two apartments, named Neve and Castagno, are composed of a bright kitchen/living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a splendid view of Lake Garda. They are equipped with a fridge and a small kitchenette.

During the summer and spring and autumn weekends it is possible to have lunch or dinner at our farmhouse. Farmhouse Scriciol offers a simple cuisine, always mindful of our local agricultural produce and of the authenticity of the products offered. We offer our guests dishes within the culinary tradition of Monte Baldo.

Following the old Norcine recipes of our territory to precision, we directly produce all of our cured meats. Raw ham, lard, smoked bacon, salame felice and lonzino are handmade and produced in small quantities, the highest quality pork. In fact, our pigs live wild and grow free, immersed in the unspoiled nature.

Behind us, defined since ancient times as “Hortus Europae” for the richness of its flora, Monte Baldo offers endless opportunities for a holiday in which you can discover nature: stroll through the centuries-old chestnut woods, travel the ancient mountain paths with their huts by mountain bike, discover the infinite variety of shapes and colours of our flora, climb the highest peaks to watch the eagles soaring, or try the daring paths of the chamois.

Below us, the intense blue of Lake Garda, with its Scaligeri castles, small towns surrounded by olive trees, ancient lemonade, and nearby beaches where you can relax in the sun or meet in the evening for a drink under the porticos.

It is just half an hour’s drive to Verona, Giulietta’s sweet city, which carries the signs of art and history from the Roman Empire through to present day. Spend a pleasant day in the historic center, be astounded by the Romanesque Basilica of San Zeno, maybe attend an unforgettable evening in the Arena, lyric theatre famous throughout the world.

AMUSEMENT PARKS OF ALL KINDS

Just a twenty-minute drive away, we can visit one of the Garda’s amusement parks. You can go from the decidedly stimulating attractions of Gardaland, Movieland or Caneva Word, or opt for a relaxing day at the Parco Natura Viva, where you can discover and approach endangered animal species. And why not try the experience of visiting the Parco Giardino Sigurtà of Valeggio Sul Mincio, defined by botanists as one of the most extraordinary gardens in the world. A 60-hectare piece of paradise, far from the clamor, in silence, in perfect harmony and serenity. Enjoy its picturesque views, the great variety of flora and the countless lakes covered with aquatic plants.

RELAX AND PEACE IN SAN ZENO DI MONTAGNA

Without leaving the village, we can climb the large pine forest overlooking San Zeno di Montagna and walk the path of health, or accompany the lads in the challenging Parco Jungle Adventure, where you will feel like Indiana Jones for a few hours. For those who wish, it is also pleasant to spend a relaxing afternoon by the municipal swimming pool, located in an enchanting position on the lake.
