The agriturismo
Farmhouse nestled in the greenery of Cagnano Amiterno, a town 15 km from L'Aquila, in the middle of the Gran Sasso National Park.
Ideal for those seeking relaxation, courtesy and typical quality cuisine based on organic farm-produced ingredients prepared with ancient traditional recipes.
The accommodation
Farming takes place on separate land covered with forest and fields sown with cereals and wheat to make spelt used abundantly in cooking.
The charming country house has 14 rooms (doubles, triples and quadruples) well furnished with rustic handcrafted furniture, equipped with private bathroom, television, free wifi network and independent entrance. A small playground has been created in the wooded lawn surrounding the estate.
The restaurant, consisting of two rooms, can seat up to 50 people and offers menus based on homemade pasta such as tagliatelle with mushrooms and local sausage, gnocchi with sheep ragout, farro with mushrooms, and lamb a scottadito.
