A typical farmhouse in the upper Salento whose rooms, once warehouses and stables, have been transformed into 8 independent apartments, furnished with taste and simplicity. In particular there are: 1 two-roomed flat, 1 one-roomed flat, 5 three-roomed flats and the large master flat. The typical star and barrel vaults and the thick walls make the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. Each apartment has its own outdoor area furnished with a large umbrella, deck chairs, table and chairs, the master apartment has a balcony and a large wooden veranda of about 50 sqm.
Surrounding the farmhouse is a large park full of ornamental plants and flowers of various kinds, furnished with gazebos, rocking chairs, deckchairs and sunshades.

Masseria Campi is located in the countryside ofSan Vito dei Normanni, a charming town of Norman origin.
A few minutes by car you can admire the beautifulLecce with its Baroque architecture and the white beaches of the Ionian Sea, immersed in the beautifulApulian countryside, rich in olive groves, the"Masseria Campi" was once the summer residence of a Spanish nobleman of 700.
Thanks to a careful renovation, retains the characteristics of the typical farm of thehigh Salento. The old rooms, once warehouses and stables, have been transformed into cozy and comfortableapartments, furnished with taste and simplicity.
The typical star and barrel vaults and the thick walls, typical of these structures, make the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter.
There is also a large terrace with a view of the park. It is possible to go for a walk or a bike ride along the roads in the area and admire the numerousrock chapels, the farms and thecaves.
In the area in front of the Masseria, bordered by the ancient walls, there is now a beautiful park full of ornamental plants (cycas, pines, palms) and flowers of various kinds, furnished with gazebos, swings, deckchairs and umbrellas to allow guests to spend pleasant hours of complete relaxation, surrounded bynature.
