The agriturismo

Large estate surrounded by olive trees with typical Salento-style dry stone walls. You become guests of nature, in a land that contains pearls of incomparable beauty, in the furthest corner of Italy, amidst the silence of Capo di Leuca in the ‘Land of the Two Seas’.

The accommodation

The property, surrounded by about ten hectares of olive groves, allows long, relaxing walks and offers comfortable rooms with bathroom and one-room apartments (with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen), all with private entrance and TV, fridge, bed linen and towels.

 

Hearty breakfasts are offered in the morning, with cakes and local delicacies. Guests can sample the extra virgin olive oil produced on the farm and all the other homemade produce, such as jams, typical cakes and various produce from the vegetable garden. Outdoor barbecue evenings are organised using the barbecues available in the equipped outdoor dining areas.

 

The agriturismo offers its guests special deals with beach resorts and traditional trattorias for dinner.

Activities and surrounding

The golden Ionian coast in Marina di Ugento extends for about 8 km and is mainly characterised by sandy stretches interspersed, for short distances, by low cliffs. The beach is just 3 km from the agriturismo.

It is very easy to reach Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli and Otranto. Lecce is about 60 km away.

Nearby, you can enjoy all kinds of sports and leisure activities: cultural excursions with guided tours to historic towns or the major towns in the area, excursions on horseback or by boat to visit the beautiful caves along the Ionian coast through to the Adriatic, scuba diving, track races with go karts.
