The accommodation
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment of 30% of the reservation as deposit and balance at the facility.
In case of cancellation ofthe reservation up to 8 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be retained and can be used or transferred to a third party for a new stay by October 31, 2024.
In case of cancellation beyond the 7th day before arrival, the deposit will be retained
as a penalty.
In case of early departure, the fee will be calculated on the entire stay.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATIONS AND THE FACILITY
The farmhouse consists of four structures, two of which are adjacent, intended for accommodation and a pool view room in which breakfast is served. The facility has a total of one villa, four apartments with kitchen,two comfort double rooms and two suites that can accommodate up to three people. The buildings are heated and cooled with state-of-the-art thermal systems.
The units are insulated and soundproofed to ensure the greatest possible comfort.
The rest of our guests is very important, which is why, for each unit, we have chosen quality beds and state-of-the-art Memmory foam mattresses.
All units have a privateoutdoor area equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining.
The Wind Rose which is the setting for the morning breakfast, at the evening aperitifs and at thetastings of products from the area, is characterized by barrel-faced tuff face, large windows and terrace.
From October to May the farmhouse is available for the organization of private parties, from June to September events are suspended and the farmhouse is reserved only for Guests staying there so that they can enjoy the tranquility and peace that characterize it.
Breakfast is included in the cost of the stay for those who choose the b&b formula in rooms or suites, and is available by reservation for guests staying in apartments. Pastries are provided fresh and daily. A dedicated breakfast service is available for Guests with special needs.

Shaded parking for cars and motorcycles is free and is located inside the property.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is just 3 km from the beautiful beach of Punta della Suina and less than 5 km from the beach of Pizzo, both of which are part of the protected area Sant'Andrea Island Natural Park.
The Gallipoli beach of Baiaverde is 6 km away . At many of the beaches along the Ionian coast it is possible to go wind surfing and kite surfing.
