Compulsory extras: final cleaning for stays in the apartment (49 euros for Scirocco, Mezzogiorno and Grecale - 69 euros for Tramontana - 100 euros for Villa Zefiro), security deposit of 1000 euros for the rental of Villa Zefiro.
Breakfast: included in the price for those staying in the rooms and suites, on reservation and on payment for those staying in the apartment.
Balance: we accept payment by credit card, ATM, Pay Pal (no American Express and Diners club) and cash according to the law. We don't take bank checks.
Children: up to three years stay free if they sleep in bed with their parents. The cradle with linen is available upon reservation at a cost of 10 Euro per day.
WARNING! Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. sanscise the obligation also for minors to show a valid identity document, with photo. Minors accompanied by a person of legal age other than their parents can stay at the agritourism only if the person of legal age has a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor. Minors without a valid identity document with photograph will not be accepted.
Note: Smoking is forbidden in all accommodation. Animals are not allowed.
