The agriturismo

Set in a 30-hectare citrus grove, this is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday just a stone’s throw from the sea. The villa and the annexe were renovated in 2009. The crops are grown according to strict organic criteria and the produce used for breakfast is homemade and depends on the season. 95% of the energy used is produced by a photovoltaic system.

The accommodation

Bright, spacious rooms equipped with minibar, telephone and hairdryer, elegantly furnished and with views of the citrus grove. Terrace boasting a beautiful view.

Outside, there is a spacious garden where children can enjoy themselves. Porch furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and snacks. Relaxation room for resting and reading.

Activities and surrounding

Swimming pool with whirlpool, bicycles and mopeds available to rent and guided tours to archaeological and nature sites and cities of art nearby (Alberobello, Altamura, Taranto). The sea in Castellaneta Marina is very close, as is the Stornara state reserve.

On request, it is possible to eat in the two large dining rooms on the ground floor or outside during the summer. A wide range of snacks is on offer, featuring traditional produce that comes mainly from the farm, prepared with great passion by the owners according to local traditions.

Pizza cooked in the wood-burning oven. A wide selection of farm produce is on sale, including jams, fruit juices, vegetables, wine, oil and fruit.

Excellent

Beautiful villa, everything was perfect. However, we were quite alone at the time. I could have given it a 10 but as I wasn't able to test it with all the noise around, I'm moderating the score just in case.
