The agriturismo
The masseria is located at the center of a 'farm dedicated to animal husbandry. On its land, consisting of arable land, woods and Mediterranean scrub graze in a semi-wild state podolica cows with characteristic lyre-shaped horns, which produce the milk from which the well-known "caciocavallo podolico" is made. In the farm center is developed the agritourism structure consisting of apartments in trulli.

Other destinations within 50 km include Taranto, Mottola, Noci, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Fasano.
The Masseria is situated 400 m above sea level, half way between the Ionian and Adriatic Seas.
