The agriturismo
An ancient Masseria overlooking the sea, a unique place to rest body and soul, surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean scrub and the blue of the sea.
The family-run Grassetti farmhouse has been welcoming its guests since 2001 and making them feel at home. About 1 km from the beaches, it is the ideal place to take a beach vacation while enjoying the coolness of the hills and the silence of the countryside, alone or with your family and pets if you wish. Among the best-known nearby beaches are Policoro with sand and the possibility of water sports and Roseto Capo Spulico with its wonderful Frederician castle overlooking the sea.

LODGINGS
The farmhouse is reached by a private road and is a renovated stone farmhouse where the rooms are located.
The farmhouse has 7 accommodations, all equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom and refrigerator, and 1 apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.
COMMON AREAS.
The communal areas are equipped with lounge chairs, tables and hammocks where you can relax reading a book, chatting or sitting comfortably watching the sea. There is no television, by choice, there is, however, wifi in the common areas.
IN AUGUST: DINNER RESERVED FOR GUESTS
Dinner, reserved for guests staying, is available in August and, upon request, at other times of the year. It is cooked with the freshest ingredients, plentiful and varies from day to day. Water and wine are included in the half-board price.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is also made with products from the farm: lemon, orange and quince jams, doughnuts, seasonal fruit.

FARM
The agriturismo is part of a farm that produces oil. Part of its land, including the olive grove, is located in the historic village of Montegiordano in an area of about 6 hectares. The farm sells oil, jams, cured meats and honey.
