The agriturismo
The farm, with its 25 hectares of organic crops, vineyards, orchards, greenhouses, pastures and woods, has 2 finely renovated farmhouses, in the rural setting of the rolling Calabria hills, in places that lend themselves to wonderful excursions. The farm produces “Calabria IGP” clementines, “Tarocco” oranges, “Grossa di Gerace” extra virgin olive oil, vegetables in oil, pickles, preserves and “Castrum Vetus” IGP Locride red wine, "Stincuso" IGP Locride rosè wine and "Biancamusa" IGP Locride white wine.
The accommodation
The old farmhouses on the estate, renovated in keeping with the rural architecture, offer 9 comfortable rooms, including one suitable for disabled guests, with all amenities and furnished in a traditional style, with private bathroom, TV and independent air conditioning and heating. The communal areas include a pleasant restaurant with veranda, with traditional cooking enriched with produce from the farm (fruits, olive oil, wine, vegetables, preserves, jams) and its neighbours (cured meats, cheeses, meats, game) and a large room where guests can relax and sample traditional produce and excellent wines from the farm. Dishes can be prepared for small receptions and groups on request.
