Dear customers your arrival at the facility was at 12 noon where it is well specified that check in is after 3 p.m. except as it happens on other occasions our customers ask us to enter the facility earlier or to put down their bags.
As you were told the reason was the room was not yet ready inasmuch as the previous guests had left late.
The weather was rainy but you arrived by car and were not wet and did not ask us if you could dry off or stay at the facility for the time the room was being done, rather you asked where you could go for lunch nearby and then return.
You returned in the afternoon after spending time in Positano as you reported to me.
You wanted to have dinner at the facility and we made ourselves available and then at the last moment you went out to dinner .
Regarding breakfast besides finding the buffet you were asked what you like hot such as cappuccino, coffee, eggs.
We are sorry that the very short time you spent at the facility (practically only 1 night) was not to your liking.
