Services present in the structure.
Included in the price are the following services: Parking and Wi-Fi connection, Solarium terrace: each customer will have access to the use of the swimming pool and the solarium area with 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella.
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
- The accommodations are disinfected between stays
- Sheets, towels and laundry washed according to local authority guidelines
- Use of chemicals effective against coronavirus
Animals are accepted in our structure, (for a fee, at a cost of € 15 per day) they must be kept on a leash and cannot enter the restaurant and common places;
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms, in the restaurant and in all common areas;
For the rooms the daily cleaning of the room is included in the price, the linen is changed every 2 days and the bed linen is changed every 3 days;
The reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00. Check-in is available from 2.00 pm. Check-out must take place by 10:30 am on the day of departure and on this occasion, our floor service manager will check for any shortages, which if there are any, will be charged to the card issued to guarantee the reservation.
Late check-out until 12:00, can be done by paying a supplement of € 20.00
Cancellation policy, early departure, no-show:
All the time of the year.
Up to 7 days from the date of arrival, the reservation can be canceled free of charge, after this deadline there is a penalty of the entire amount of the reservation.
For early departure or no-show, the hotel will charge a penalty equal to 100% of the booking amount.
From 01 June to 30 September
Up to 14 days from the date of arrival, the reservation can be canceled free of charge, after this deadline there is a penalty of the full amount of the reservation.
For early departure or no-show, the hotel will charge a penalty equal to 100% of the booking amount.
Conditions on reservations in B&B Rate Breakfast Included and Half Board:
B&B Breakfast Included: All bookings made with the B&B Breakfast Included rate plan, the rate plan booked may not be changed to Half Board, dinner may be served on an à la carte menu if the customer so wishes;
HB Half Board Half Board: All bookings made with the Half Board Half Board rate plan, the rate plan booked may not be changed to B&B Breakfast Included or the amount paid may not be deducted in bonus formula or refunds for extra stays.
Please note: the restaurant service is not available during low season, we recommend that you make an enquiry to check if the restaurant is open. The restaurant is guaranteed to be open from 01 June to 15 September. Closing day: Sunday for dinner.
