Agriturismo Settimano

The farmhouse welcomes guests in the hills of Romagna-Tuscany offering hospitality, and not catering, only in the summer period, from mid-June to mid-September.
The central building of the farmhouse is of medieval origin, restored in the 90s with ancient materials and techniques and now divided into four apartments.

All the apartments, restored with only period materials, are furnished with antique furniture and modernly equipped kitchens. Common areas with services such as swimming pool, wireless internet, games for adults and children are also available for all apartments.

La Terrazza - entirely attic, it consists of a large, very bright room that overlooks a slot-shaped terrace, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Il Camino - accessible from a characteristic external stone staircase, it is carefully furnished and consists of a lounge with fireplace, a large kitchen, also with fireplace, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Il Pozzo - consists of a room with kitchenette, a large bedroom and a bathroom.
Lo Studio studio with one bathroom - it is furnished with antique furniture and is complete with all appliances.

Il Casetto - is generally preferred by families who appreciate having an entire house in the countryside available for their holidays. Casetto is in an elevated position compared to Settimano, about 600 meters of road but 300 m. via a green path. Offers privacy, beautiful views, barbecue/gazebo

Guests discover the  "feeling good" in the quiet of our countryside with us

- spending entire days by the large swimming pool

- finding baskets of freshly picked vegetables every morning or going to collect them, at will, in the large vegetable garden

- dedicating yourself to the games available for the little ones and the older ones (swings, kites, table tennis, football, and  table football)-

Settimano is located near Modigliana, in the province of Forlì, 20 km from Faenza, famous for the International Museum of Ceramics. The center of Faenza also offers the opportunity to visit the countless workshops of ceramic artisans and some jewels of Neoclassicism such as the Masini Theater and the Palazzo Milzetti, with the wonderful frescoes by Giani. Furthermore, at the end of June, the city hosts the Palio del Niballo, a horseback challenge between the representatives of the different districts of the city, whose origins date back to 1164. The event is tinged with medieval suggestions especially thanks to the parade that unfolds through the streets of the city, characterized by refined Renaissance costumes.

Settimano is located on the appendages of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Walking and cycling on these wonderful hills is a unique opportunity to discover and appreciate this landscape, considered one of the most characteristic in Europe.

Nearby there is the wonderful National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, Monte Falterona, Campigna with its fantastic itineraries. The woods are rich in truffles and mushrooms which can be savored while tasting the excellent wines of our hills in the various traditional restaurants in the area.

A short distance from Settimano there are also wonderful villages that have kept their ancient flavor intact, such as Brisighella, dominated by a fortress, which becomes the scene of parades and fireworks displays during the evocative Medieval Festivals. And again the seaside resorts of Romagna, which are less than an hour's drive away, Ravenna famous for its churches with Byzantine mosaics (about 50 km away) and the old and the famous Bologna with its old architectures and its university, considered the oldest in the world.

The fortunate position of Settimano also allows you to reach Florence in 1 and a half hours by car (or 2 hours by train) and Venice in 2 and a half hours.

For the younger ones, 50 km from the farmhouse there is the Mirabilandia playground.

In the surrounding area there are also tennis courts (about 1 km), a riding stable (10 km) and two golf courses (about 20 km).
