Villa Podere Quartarola, in Modigliana, offers hospitality in three apartments and has a large garden with a swimming pool.

 

The villa nestled in the Tramazzo Valley in the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines is surrounded by 30 private acres of farmland planted with vines and olive trees and is part of a spectacularly beautiful game reserve with deer, wild boar, hares and other wildlife.

The accommodation

From the renovation of an old barn (Quartarola, in fact) owned by the family for three generations, 3 independent apartments have been obtained with 4 beds and 5 beds with the possibility of adding a bed.

The apartments are furnished in rustic style with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, leather sofa, satellite television, WIFI, fireplace, equipped bathroom, bedroom, private veranda with , table and chairs.

The apartment LE CAMELIE is on the ground floor; while I GIRASOLI and LE ROSE are on the second floor.

In the beautiful garden there is a swimming pool with solarium, barbecue each apartment for outdoor dining and laundry room.

We offer the possibility of renting the entire structure Villa Podere Quartarola Classic (16 beds, 3 families) or Villa podere Quartarola Al Fiume (22 beds in 4 apartments)
