Fiumalbo (Modena) Code
The agriturismo stands at 1400 metres altitude, in the Frignano Nature Park, just a few minutes from Fiumalbo and the Abetone ski resort, at the intersection of trails leading to the summit of Monte Cimone, the highest mountain of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
Split between Le Valdare and Cà Biondi, surrounded by meadows, woodland and babbling streams, comfortable guest accommodation in typical Celtic houses.
The region has much to offer, from adventure parks to riding centres, lakes and museums. And the typical local delicacies are not to be missed: Parmigiano Reggiano, Fiumalbo “croccante” - a delicious almond brittle, fried porcini mushrooms and the very finest meat reared on green pastures.
The agriturismo is a typical hamlet of comfortable Celtic houses, all perfectly renovated and well-equipped, with TVs, split between Le Valdare di Apicella and Ca' Biondi, surrounded by green meadows, cool woodland and babbling streams.
You’ll also find a children’s play area.
The hamlet is located in the Frignano Nature Park - spanning over 15,000 hectares, the park stretches from 500 m above sea level to over 2000 at the summit of Monte Cimone, where on clear days you can admire up to 40% of Italy. The Frignano Park is home to rich and extremely varied nature, with rare species of animals and plants.
Fiumalbo is located in the Modena Appenines, on the border with Tuscany; the commune is made up of several villages, including Dogana Nuova, Faidello, Rotàri and San Michele, as well as a host of smaller hamlets on the slopes of the Cimone and Modino mountains. In summer the region is perfect for walking and foraging for woodland produce (mushrooms, raspberries and blueberries), as well as edible wild herbs. In winter you are just a few minutes from the main local ski resorts, where you can enjoy night-time snowshoe excursions, or the more experienced skiers can even venture off-piste.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.

I have been managing Il Borgo dei Celti since 2008 along with my family.
As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication.
I decided to manage an agriturismo because to pursue a passion
Our guests' favourite thing about Il Borgo dei Celti is the chance to stay in a natural setting.
