The agriturismo
In the Alta Val di Parma, the farm is located at about 950 m a.s.l. and is immersed in an uncontaminated natural environment, in a particularly panoramic, isolated and silent position: the ideal place for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and sleep in an atmosphere of the past! Around the farm there is an enchanting forest, interspersed with meadows, pastures, streams and springs, up to the Tuscan-Emilian ridge.
The accommodation
The agritourism offers its guests 6 rooms obtained inside ancient farm buildings and renovated respecting the tradition of the place: floors in natural larch wood planks and original stone walls stuccoed with natural lime. The accommodations are 2-4 beds and all have private bathroom and independent entrance from the outside.
Monte Orsaro and Lago Santo: on the first floor of the old barn of the farm, they have bathroom with shower, bidet and sink. They are very spacious and offer the possibility to add one or two additional single beds.
Passo del Cirone: on the ground floor, also has a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet and offers the possibility to add a third single bed.
Del Doganiere and Maria Luigia: located in the old house (1500), are double with the possibility of adding one or two single beds. They have a bathroom with shower.
Antico Dryer: the smallest and most intimate of the structure, has a double bed of 160×195cm.
The farmhouse does not offer catering service, but a rich breakfast made with all natural ingredients (of own or local production).
Activities and surrounding
The farm is located in the valley that originated from the largest glacier in the northern Apennines: the Alta Val Parma. Heart of the National Park of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, it marvels its visitors with its majestic peaks and beautiful lakes of glacial origin. It offers a wide and varied range of possibilities for lovers of trekking and mountain biking. From the farm there are many paths that allow you to penetrate the charm of the Apennines among its many peculiarities. There are also several excursions in the National Park of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines: from the Lagdei to Lago Santo, from the Lagoni to Lago Scuro are just some of the most beautiful and close.
