This pretty agriturismo is located in a little stone hamlet in the hills of Parma, European food capital. Renovated in 2015, this is the perfect place to enjoy nature and relax in comfort, with cosy accommodation and welcoming, helpful staff.
The agriturismo is home to Bardigiano horses, a breed traditionally used to transport salt from La Spezia to Parma. Guests are welcome to visit the stables and spend time with these wonderful animals.
In the immediate vicinity of the agriturismo you'll find the stunning Torrechiara Castle, not to be missed, as well as Langhirano, home of the famous Prosciutto Crudo di Parma and the beautiful Pieve di Tizzano, a chapel built around the year 1000.
Around the estate, winding through fields and woodland, you'll find pleasant trails for mountain biking, horseback excursions, walking and motocross.
The surrounding region is dotted with manor houses and fairytale woodland, including famous Duchy castles such as Bardi, Fontanellato, Compiano, Varano de Melegari Soragna, and more. For those who enjoy travelling around, the agriturismo is within easy access of Versilia and the Cinque Terre.
