The facility is located in San Pietro in Vincoli, in the province of Ravenna, about 10 minutes from Mirabilandia Park.

It is a farmhouse surrounded by vast cultivations of alfalfa (hence the name spagnêra=spanish grass), made out of an old farmhouse, immersed in nature, in a land as warm, cheerful and welcoming as Romagna.

A family management under the banner of friendliness and hospitality will offer the opportunity to enjoy the traditional cuisine of Romagna with typical local products, enjoying the relaxation of the countryside and the cozy pool.

Theme evenings are organized throughout the year under the banner of music, art, theater, good food and excellent wine.

The structure of the farm is spread over two floors in an old farmhouse from the early 1800's and retains all the charm of tradition: ceilings with exposed beams, handmade terracotta floors, rustic furniture, iron beds beat.

Upstairs, six rooms with all the comforts and complete service. Two of them embellished with whirlpool tub and shower on the ground floor, further bedroom, with its own entrance and wheelchair accessible.
 

The rooms, while maintaining the characteristics of rural areas, have the most important services: Internet access, air conditioning, private bathroom, TV and safe.

In the restaurant it is possible to organize parties and banquets, baptisms, first communions, confirmations, weddings and any other type of ceremony.

The cottage has a new swimming pool with waterfall and whirlpool. The use of the pool is reserved for guests of the restaurant or the rooms.

Ther farmhouse is provided for educational workshops, mountain biking and guided tours. The property is located approximately 10 minutes from Mirabilandia, 15 minutes from the beaches of Romagna as the most important Cervia, Milano Marittima, Marina di Ravenna and a few more minutes to get to even more famous Cesenatico, Rimini, Riccione.

Only 15 minutes are Ravenna, Bertinoro and other beautiful villages in the hills of Forlì and Cesena (Campigna, Sarsina, Hagia Sophia, Ridracoli Dam).

With 20 minutes, you arrive at the most prestigious spas Romagna (Cervia, La Fratta, Castrocaro and Punta Marina), in Faenza, Oriolo dei Fichi e Brisighella.

In half an hour you reach some little known real pearls among the medieval Quai Santarcangelo, Montebello, Montegridolfo, Montefiore Conca.

With 30 minutes drive will get you to the Po Delta Park, with valleys, lakes and pine forests, more than 30 minutes are the most important theme parks of the Adriatic Coast.
