Six generations have inhabited these places, living and coexisting with nature and cultivating the land with respect for the territory. Today the small family-run farm is mainly dedicated to the cultivation of cereals and pumpkin, but also has a small vineyard, orchards and vegetable gardens available to guests.

A shared lounge with kitchen is available, a large lush garden that runs close to the river. Created in the rooms of the old stable, the restaurant offers typical Friulian dishes, prepared with home-grown or local ingredients and is open only by reservation for groups. Free WiFi and private parking complete the offer.

Surrounded by nature, among meadows, woods and rivers, the farmhouse welcomes guests in a rustic house with more than a century of history, an intact testimony to the old Friulian farmhouse.

The entire building is made of solid brick walls and columns from nearby clay quarries.

Today the structure offers 5 rooms and an apartment.

Violetta (30 sq m, sleeps: 2 2 additional): second-floor room created in the exposed attic made of wood and terracotta tiles. Carved out of the old barn, it consists of a large bedroom overlooking the garden, and an exclusive bathroom accessible from the room. It is personalized with antique and original furniture.

Rosa (15.60 square meters, beds: 2 1 additional): room located on the second floor consisting of a bedroom always intended for this function furnished with original antique furniture of the house. The bathroom, the largest in the facility is located outside the room carved out of the place of an old room and is accessible by crossing the corridor. The room has a shared bathroom with another room.

Lilac (16.50 sq m, beds: 2 1 additional): room located on the second floor consisting of a bedroom always intended for this function furnished with original antique furniture of the house. This room is intended for groups and families occupying the Rosa room since it shares the large bathroom with it. The window has a view of the garden and park.

Peony (32 sq m, sleeps: 2 2 additional): second-floor room carved out of the attic exposed wood and terracotta tiles. Carved out of the old barn, it consists of a large bedroom overlooking the garden, and an exclusive bathroom accessible from the room. It is personalized with antique and original furniture.

Mughetto (17.60 square meters, beds: 2 1 additional): room located on the second floor consisting of a bedroom always intended for this function , a walk-in closet and an exclusive bathroom accessible directly from the room obtained in place of an old adjacent room. The window has a view of the garden and park.

Calla (46 sq m, beds: 2 2 additional): apartment located on the ground floor with exclusive access from the outside carved out of the old cellar and part of a stable. It consists of a large room with the kitchen, living room and sleeping area, a corridor with storage room and a large bathroom. The original old wooden door that once connected the room with the stable is preserved. The rooms are already equipped and usable for handicapped persons.

Each room is carefully furnished in a unique and personalized way, with one eye on comfort and another on atmosphere.

Guests are pampered by the rich breakfast, sweet and savory, with homemade cakes and products from the farm.

The agriturismo is 24 km from Udine, 22 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro and 31 km fromTrieste airport, the nearest. Its central location makes it an ideal starting point for discovering the entire region.

Guests can then alternate days of relaxation in the garden or by the pool with more dynamic activities, such as mountain bike rides (rental is also possible on site) or kayaking. The natural park, the forests, and the whirlpools that can be reached from the facility allow guests to discover an immense natural heritage!

The spacious indoor rooms, garden, and park are also a perfect location for celebrating special events or birthdays.
