The agriturismo
The farmhouse is located less than an hour from Rome, on a hill at 420 m.s.l. in an enchanting scenery on the valley of the river Farfa, in the heart of Sabina. In the dining room, from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama, you can taste typical dishes of Sabina prepared with products of the organic farm certified I.C.E.A.
It is possible to go horseback riding and riding school in an equestrian center near the farm.
The structure organizes special evenings with dinner and classical music, opera, jazz and cultural meetings.
The farm has a swimming pool with salt filter without chlorine, volleyball and soccer.
The accommodation

The farmhouse provides guests who request it with disposable masks or gloves and disinfectant for surfaces (for a fee); the objects supplied to guests (hairdryers, etc..) are sanitized before each use, the cleaners are equipped with personal protective equipment (disposable gloves, mask, headphones and footwear suitable to be sanitized) as needed, the manager and employees are adequately informed and trained with respect to behavior and measures to be taken in case a person present within the farm has a fever and symptoms of respiratory infection.
The respect of the interpersonal distance and of the other measures of dispositions given by the authorities is facilitated by informative signs and/or delimitation of the spaces; one or more stations with disinfectant gel for the hands are made available to the guests; in the common areas, the floors, the furniture and all the elements that come into repeated contact with the guests (handles, push-buttons, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized at least once a week.In the common areas, the floors, furniture and all elements that come into repeated contact with guests (handles, push buttons, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized at least twice a day; the lodgings, with their keys, are sanitized, as well as cleaned, before welcoming a new guest; the tables are positioned so that the guests are at least one meter apart, except in the case of families or persons sharing the same lodging; the tablecloths or table covers are replaced at every change of guest or are made of disposable paper; food is served with table service; plates, cutlery and glasses are washed and disinfected in the dishwasher, including those not in use, if there is a possibility that they have been touched by guests or staff; the swimming pool for the exclusive use of housed guests will be managed according to government decree.

Hospitality is offered in two typical farmhouses completely renovated and furnished according to the tradition of the place.
We have 6 rooms and 3 independent and very comfortable apartments, furnished with furniture from the end of the 19th century, all with heating, private bathroom and fridge. The apartment Mimosa has a kitchen, while the apartments Robinia and Ciclamino have a kitchenette.
The 6 rooms are independent with bathroom and heating; linen change included.
A cot/crib is available in each apartment on request.
The property is suitable for ceremonial receptions and is equipped to accommodate disabled people.
The farmhouse also has a restaurant with products of the farm.
The farm has a swimming pool with salt filter without chlorine, volleyball and soccer. It is possible to play ping-pong , trekking and outdoor fitness. Riding stables and a small lake for sports fishing are 1 km away.
4 PAWS FRIENDS
A very large fenced area is available for your four-legged friends, where they can run free! Also excellent for hosting dog agility courses etc..
Dogs are allowed according to the needs of the structure. Provided a small contribution, variable depending on the length of stay: request information directly to managers.
Activities and surrounding
Very close to the farm stands the fourth-centuryA.D.Farfa Abbey, serene and majestic that seems to have given the places the right rules of the flow of life. These are the spaces to meditate, walk or read under the shade of an oak tree, to stop time and think about what we have most beautiful and precious: ourselves.
The farm offers guests the opportunity to attend, in addition to cooking classes, a ceramics course (including certificate), BURRACO courses and tournaments held by federal referees.
Available to guests is a swimming pool with chlorine-free salt filter and a five-a-side football field. Sport fishing pond 1 km away. Near the farmhouse there is also a riding school where you can enjoy various equestrian activities during your stay.
There are several nature and art itineraries. For cycling lovers, a guide can accompany guests to discover the most beautiful naturalistic places of the Sabine! It is also possible to rent mountain bikes only.
From here, via a metropolitan train, it is very easy to reach Rome.
In the surroundings it is possible to visit many places of historical, artistic and religious interest, including the castles of Rocca Sinibalda, of Nerola, of Collalto Sabino, the sanctuaries of the Valle Santa Reatina where St. Francis lived and the Romanesque Church of St. Vittoria.
The Nature Reserve 'Tevere Farfa is only a few kilometers away and is the main naturalistic attraction of the area, but for those who love to hike there are numerous other itineraries that can be traveled either on foot or on horseback to the beautiful surrounding mountains or along the Farfa River, which in summer offers the possibility of a refreshing swim.
