The agriturismo
From an ancient residence, in the fertile land of the Agro Romano, was born the welcoming agritourism in the name of Eco sustainability and harmony between man and nature. The park that welcomes him, I make it the perfect place to find serenity, enjoy the authentic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, living in a place surrounded by nature a few steps from the historic center and major cultural sites. The Casale aims at a virtuous relationship with mother earth, obtaining the energy for the air conditioning of the structure through green energy, with photovoltaic and geothermal systems. Large indoor and outdoor spaces, lawns, swimming pool, centuries-old trees, the rich farm, the cultivation of vegetables and fruit, make the Casale a place of peace and pleasantness for all guests.
The accommodation
The farmhouse was built in the 80s, and an architectural intervention has allowed the warm welcome typical of the farmhouse to meet modern hospitality solutions in the name of total comfort. The result is a cosy and discreet environment to guarantee guests peace and privacy. We offer hospitality in 2 double rooms with private bathroom, 2 triple rooms, a suite, a family room with 5 beds and a large apartment with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Activities and surrounding
Guests can choose to relax in the villa, swimming in the charming infinity pool overlooking the valley or venture to the woods surrounding the farmhouse, or simply to sit on the shores of the pond, or discover life outside the house by wind surfing or sailing in nearby Lake Bracciano or reach the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea. All embellished with a charming artificial pond.
Casale delle Ginestre is also suitable as a location for private events such as weddings, communions, confirmations, but also for corporate meetings.
From the farmhouse it is possible to reach a riding school only 2 km away, or, a little further away, there are: Rome, Lake Bracciano, Lake Maltignano, the Borgo di Ceri or the Veio park and the necropolis of Cerveteri. Cultural and leisure trips to the areas surrounding Lake I Bracciano, golf course, Stigliano spa, field for simulated soft air battles.
