Near Rome, 15 km between the sea of Santa Severa and 15 km from Lake Bracciano, the farm Monte La Puglia in addition to fodder and cereal crops of great esension devotes special care to the breeding of pigs and goats as well as animals of low court.
The farmland covers about seventy hectares of cultivated land and two mountains: Monte Paparano with 120 hectares and Monte La Puglia with about 25 hectares. The land is dedicated to growing cereals and grasses that provide feed for our livestock stock such as horses, Tibetan goats, and even geese, ducks, chickens, rabbits and many others.
The pristine environment was the inspiration for the location of the film "Non ci resta che piangere" starring Massimo Troisi and Roberto Benigni.
The farmhouse accommodates in 9 rooms (plus a 4-person apartment) decorated with delightful fireplaces and are all equipped with private bathroom and TV, have their own garden from where you can enjoy a picturesque view and a newfound contact with nature.
The restaurant was once a stable with the old mangers still visible.
In compliance with the situation related to COVID 19 we guarantee a table spacing possible up to 40 pax inside and especially with the good season so much space outside with the possibility of organizing baskets for outdoor picnics with special attention to safety and cleanliness.
Sanitation is daily of the common areas. Cleaners and hall staff wear gloves and masks. Hand sanitizing gel is present at the entrance to the restaurant and at each accommodation.

Surrounded by the woods of Mount Paparano and Mount la Puglia, the agriturismo is located in the heart of an area rich in natural and cultural beauty.
Wonderful walks, bicycle rides (which can be rented by reservation) or horseback rides are offered: from the agriturismo it is possible to take excursions to the Caldara and Manziana woods or to the small waterfalls of Castel Giuliano.
For lovers of horseback riding, there is an equestrian center in Castel Giuliano where horseback trekking is available. Horseback riding can also be booked for beginners (for more information consult the managers directly).
Those looking for some relaxation will find the renowned Stigliano spa a 20-minute drive away.
For those who love culture, not to be missed are the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano, the Etruscan Necropolis in Cerveteri, the Patrizi palace in Castel Giuliano, and the Anguillara Aeronautics Museum on Lake Bracciano.
Younger children can have fun and learn on the educational farm (open during the week for school groups and on weekends for private groups and families): they will learn how to make bread, jam tarts and get to know the world of bees up close.
