The farmhouse is located halfway between Rome and Florence, on the border between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, a few kilometers from Torre Alfina, one of "The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy," and Acquapendente, in the province of Viterbo. In the immediate vicinity are the fairy-tale Bosco del Sasseto, Cvitia di Bagnoregio, Lake Bolsena and Orvieto.

The accommodations-a total of 24 beds-the restaurant and spa were created from the renovation of a typical country hamlet with stone farmhouses built in 1932.

The farmhouse has a saltwater infinity pool (13 x 8).

The farm is the result of the renovation of old stone farmhouses, where comfortable and refined hospitality is offered in apartments furnished with antique furniture and equipped with all comforts.

Il Tesoro is a farmhouse with 5 accommodations, specifically 3 two-room apartments, Zaffiro, Rubino, Smeraldo, 1 studio apartment, Tesoro and 1 room Perla for a total of 11 beds.

The Villa "The Garden of Treasures" is a detached villa with a total of 8 beds. It is developed on the first floor, has an independent entrance and is surrounded by a large garden, from which there is direct access to the various rooms. It is equipped, in addition, with a space reserved outside, under the pergola. It consists of a living room; fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave; two twin/double rooms, Giada and Turquoise, each with a private bathroom; the Coral suite, a double/twin room with a bathroom with Jacuzzi; and a loft "Grandma's attic," where there is a comfortable double bed.

My Home B&B, created on the second floor of the manor house, has independent access and sleeps a total of 5. It consists of a large living room, the Oro&Argento suite and the Platino room, a double/twin room with its own bathroom. The suite consists of the bedroom, private bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a TV room with a 120-cm Napoleon-style bed.

The restaurant offers typical cuisine based on organic farm and local products. The rooms and terraces can accommodate banquets, weddings, also team building and meetings, yoga and painting room, with wifi network. Cooking classes and truffle hunting are also organized.

Surrounding the farmhouses are large gardens equipped with a 13x8 outdoor infinity and saltwater pool, spa with 5.5x3 m indoor Jacuzzi, emotional shower, Turkish bath, sauna, cloud relaxation pool and massage room, barbecue and traditional wood-burning oven. At the farmhouse you can choose from self catering, B&B, half board and full board formulas.

Located in the heart of the most beautiful Italy, between lake, mountain and sea, bordering the Monte Rufeno Natural Park, 5 minutes from the Bosco del Sasseto, the farmhouse represents the perfect combination of art, history, nature and vacation.

Located in the municipality of Acquapendente, it is on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, 135 km from Rome and 90 km from Siena. Its location makes it an ideal starting point for tourist itineraries with famous cities of art and small villages all to be discovered, such as Civita di Bagnoregio, also referred to as "the dying city"; Lake Bolsena; Orvieto and the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni; Pitigliano; Sorano and Sovana, with archaeological areas and museums dedicated to Etruscan civilization only 35 km away; Tuscania; Tarquinia; Vulci; Viterbo; Bomarzo; Pienza; Bagno Vignoni; Montalcino; Montepulciano; Todi and Assisi.

Farm animals and game are raised on the farm. Extra-virgin olive oil, jams, cookies with spelt flour and corn flour, pickles, legumes, spelt flour and vegetables are sold. They also organize tastings of typical products, farm tours, guided tours of farm activities, educational activities and events, theme days, cooking classes, Italian language courses, and truffle hunting.

In collaboration and agreement with other farms, we also organize visits to local artisan kilns, local ceramic workshops, wineries (wine tastings), cheese factory (cheese tastings).
Agreements with San Casciano Dei Bagni spa 25 km away, and with the equestrian center 8 km away, ebike rental 5 km away. We also organize nature and adventure trails, ancient fountains and spring water trail, guided quad bike tours with advance group reservations. Excursions are organized with guided tours to the Sasseto Forest, Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve and the Flower Museum.
