Final cleaning: € 12.00 per person per stay, to be paid compulsorily to the farmhouse manager.
Tourist tax: € 1.00 per person per day (for persons aged 12-65) for the first 5 days of stay. To be paid obligatorily to the farmhouse manager.
Air conditioning and electricity: included in the price consumption of 20 KWh/day. Possible higher consumption at €0.50 the Kwh.
Heating: included in the price in the months of June, July, August, September. In other months, included consumption of 2 m3 per day. Possible higher consumption at €5.00 per cubic meter.
Security deposit: to be left on arrival in cash or by credit card €500.00, to be returned on departure after some verifications.
Renting the Villa to groups of only young people under the age of 25 will have to be arranged with the property, which reserves the right to accept the reservation.
Guests can choose between 2 types of stay always for the entire villa exclusively for one group:
-Villa with occupancy of all 4 apartments for groups from 17 to 24 guests or for smaller groups who want to have more space and the price is as published in Agriturismo.it
-Villa with occupancy of 3 of the 4 apartments and fourth closed apartment up to maximum 16 guests with discount from the published price of 10%
