The agriturismo
The farmhouse, with a capacity of 24 beds, is situated on a hilltop surrounded by greenery with enchanting views of Lake Bolsena and the neighboring valleys and hills of Tuscia, Tuscany and Umbria, a short distance from the town of Montefiascone.
The town center and the main services are easily reached by taking a walk, but, despite this, the location is extremely quiet.
The accommodation
The farmhouse is composed of four large independent apartments all reached by an internal staircase .
The Red Lily is on the ground floor and has three double bedrooms with iron bed and wooden closet, two bathrooms with shower, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. It also has a large patio furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, beautiful view of the lake.
The Yellow Lily is located on the second floor, has three double bedrooms furnished with iron bed and wooden closet, two bathrooms with shower, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large patio furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, large terrace all around, beautiful view of the lake.
The White Lily is located on the second floor, has two double bedrooms furnished with iron bed, two bathrooms with shower, dining room, furnished kitchenette, furnished terrace with table, chairs and barbecue and upstairs an exclusive solarium of 60 square meters furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, breathtaking 360-degree view.
The Blue Lily has two double bedrooms with iron bed and wooden closet, two bathrooms with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen, furnished square with table and chairs.
The kitchen in each apartment has dishes, pots, cutlery; it is complete with appliances, gas stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, mocha.
They also have air conditioning, central heating, and satellite TV . WiFi is free.
There is a baroque-style hall, the Golden Lily, where various occasions such as weddings, birthdays can be celebrated. Attached to the hall is a furnished kitchen, and it is possible to book a personal chef.
Also inside the villa, there is the Cantina dei Gigli, available for guests to taste their own wines and local products.
Within the 11,000-m² fenced-in grounds, there is a garden area with 100-year-old oak trees, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees, playground, table tennis, table soccer, tam-tam, mini slide, mini tunnel, rocking table.
Another area is dedicated to the swimming pool . There is also another one, whirlpool, circular in shape, with multi-color lighting.
Also present is an area for organizing parties and private dinners, with guitar available for guests.
Activities and surrounding
I Gigli del Belvedere is also an ideal place to visit within a few minutes drive magnificent places of natural interest: Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Lake Bolsena and its islands, the thermal baths of Viterbo, Bomarzo, and about an hour's drive Rome, Assisi and the thermal baths of Saturnia.
A bicycle rental and riding stables are easily accessible from the farmhouse for discovering the fantastic nature trails around the lake by bike, horseback or taking walks.
A dirt road and a wooden staircase then lead to a fountain with spring water, an orchard and a small forest.
