The 23-hectare estate is located in the splendid setting of Tuscia Viterbo, on the border with Tuscany. Immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility, among olive groves and vineyards, enjoying genuine food, guests can live a sensory experience of well-being and relaxation, in an exclusive place, furnished with taste and quiet.
The accommodation
The farm, a few km from Lake Bolsena and Capodimonte, has 12 rooms in a prestigious setting: 4 classic rooms, 4 comforts, 2 junior suites, 1 suite and 1 spa suite, for a total of 24 beds. The suites have a terrace furnished with table and chairs, to relax and enjoy the view. The Spa Suite has a romantic corner with a personal Jacuzzi. Guests can appreciate the quiet of the estate and regenerate in the wellness center and walk among the olive trees. Wine lovers can taste and buy the products of the farm and book a tour between the winery and the vineyards. There is also a summer swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The Osteria Unicorno is an informal but refined environment, where you can taste the products at km 0 in the dishes prepared by the Chef with care and attention, paired with wines from the cellar. During the summer, there is the possibility to dine by candlelight on the terrace overlooking the pool.
Activities and surrounding
The farm is located in an area interesting for lovers of hiking, cycling, hiking and horseback riding. The staff can recommend itineraries on foot or by bike. Additional property amenities include books for review, maps, and complimentary informational materials. In September, October and November you can take part in the harvest of grapes and olives.
