Rates include: - midweek change of towels - weekly cleaning and change of linen (sheets and towels) for stays of 2 weeks or more - tasty Italian breakfast (bed and breakfast).
On request (not included in the price): - mid-week towel change € 9/person and linen change € 8/person - mid-week cleaning € 12/h - welcome drink - Half / Full board restaurant service with fresh seasonal set-menu.
Reservation: The reservation will be validated after receiving a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, payable by postal order or bank transfer or through the website online. Checks are NOT accepted for the balance. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained and a penalty will be due: - equal to 75% of the total if the cancellation is communicated 1 month before the start of the stay; - equal to 100% 15 days before the start of the stay.
For dogs or other pets prior arrangements must be made with the management.
Conventions and Discounts: - Fonteverde SPA Resort in San Casciano dei Bagni (SI) with discounts on the ticket to the thermal pool and body treatments. - For the summer period, the farmhouse has an agreement with beach resorts at Lake Bolsena - agritourisms and typical restaurants in the area: you can make a reervation a great meal with a set menu or a la carte.
For children we organize guided tours to the animal farm.
For high season periods (New Year, Easter, long weekends) we organize stays of 3 nights with half board.
