The agritourism consists of 5 apartments all self-contained, with panoramic views of the valley, the castles of Proceno and Torre Alfina and the park, dining area equipped outdoors with tables, chairs and benches.
Internally they consist of cozy and large bedrooms, living room with sofa, TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Free Wifi. All apartments are tastefully furnished to make your stay even more pleasant.
In summer, the accommodations are naturally cool and do not need air conditioning.

You can add a crib and a high chair in the living room.
MIMOSA dépendance apartment (4 people) with 2 double bedrooms - separate entrance - ground floor - 90 sqm - 2 televisions in the apartment, consisting of: 2 large rooms equipped with double bed a single bed, spacious living room with large sofa and large television, kitchen, bathroom with shower
. When renting the entire property we mean the 4 apartments in the central farmhouse: Viola, Iris, Rosa and Giglio for a total of 8/10 adult persons, while the Mimosa annex remains occupied by the owner/housekeeper.

The farmhouse provides. free wifi, ample parking and large 23m x 8m swimming pool with reserved table, chairs and sunbeds for each apartment. Sant'Angelo is the ideal vacation for people who are looking for a quiet place to spend a relaxing time, see beautiful places and taste great food.

The farm is spread over 60 hectares of land cultivated with cereals, fodder crops, vineyards, orchards and olive groves, from which excellent products such as: extra virgin olive oil, wine, jams, honey, seasonal fruits and vegetables , chestnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts are made.

Low court animals , horses and donkeys are raised in the semi-wild state, thus providing the animals with all the space they need for movement and natural feeding. Particular are the long-haired dwarf kittens with a sociable and very affectionate character.

It is possible to practice: swimming, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, bird watching, table tennis.

The agriturismo has an agreement with the nearby exclusive Terma Fonteverde in San Casciano dei Bagni, which is just a 15-minute drive away. Guests of the agriturismo are offered a 10% discount on day spas (complete daily packages with different types of treatments according to taste: massages, mud baths, stove, sauna, bioaquam with pathways: relaxing, wellness and rejuvenating) and a 15% discount on entrance to the thermal pool.

The farm is located north of Lake Bolsena (10 minutes by car) with Mata and Capodimonte, 20 minutes from Orvieto and an hour and a half from Rome. Easily accessible are: Siena, Viterbo, Pienza, Perugia, Assisi, and Arezzo.

For those who love small towns a short distance (20 minutes) there are the cities of tufa: Sovana, Sorano, Pitigliano, Civita di Bagnoregio, The Monster Park of Bomarzo and Villa Lante in Bagnaia.

Folkloric events in Acquapendente: Festa dei pugnaloni di Acquapendente (the third Sunday in May) and the Festa contadina in August.
There are many festivals and Sagre from May to November in all the nearby towns. Great food and lots of fun.
