OUTDOOR ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
IN LOW SEASON: the minimum required stay is 2 nights.
IN THE MID-SEASON: the minimum stay required are 2 to 4 nights depending on the apartment.
FOR BRIDGES AND HOLIDAYS: the minimum stay required are 3 to 7 nights depending on the period.
IN HIGH SEASON stays are weekly.
Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 9:00 a.m. in the months of July and August, by 10:00 a.m. throughout the rest of the year.
DEPOSIT DEPOSIT: euro 300 for each apartment to be paid in cash on arrival and returned on departure after checking the accommodation.
Cot/Crib in room and high chair in living room: available in apartments: Viola, Giglio, Mimosa), except for apartments Iris and Rosa. Crib cost: euro 20 per night.

BED : euro 50 per night in low season, euro 60 per night in mid and high season.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE STRUCTURE AS A SINGLE VILLA for up to 8-10 people. Single structure means: the 4 apartments in the central farmhouse (ROSA, VIOLA, GIGLIO, IRIS).
The Pool: During the summer period, the pool is open from 09:00 to 20:00. Guests are advised to bring swim caps and towels, as they are not included in the price. The rental fee for the towel for the pool euro 10 per person per stay.
The opening and closing of the pool depends on the weather conditions and therefore varies from year to year, so it is necessary for the guest to always and explicitly ask the owner when the pool is active.
In the pool diving is prohibited.
Swimming caps are mandatory.
Before entering the pool it is necessary to shower and wash the feet. Minors may be in the pool only if accompanied by adults.
Inside the pool you may not bring balls or mats but only floaties for children
.
MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION.
Final cleaning: is never included in the price and must be paid in cash on departure.
Heating: each apartment has its own boiler and gas meter. Heating is charged according to consumption. The cost is 10 euros per cubic meter.
WELLNESS CENTER means the agreement with the nearby Fonteverde Spa in San Casciano dei Bagni: our guests can enjoy a 15% discount on entrance to the thermal pool and 10% discount on daily DAY SPA packages.
THE INTERNAL RESTAURANT SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVE. GUESTS HAVE KITCHENS EQUIPPED FOR COOKING OR CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF RESTAURANTS AND TRATTORIAS IN THE AREA RECOMMENDED BY THE AGRITURISMO.
Conventions with museums in the area, the Fonteverde Spa in San Casciano dei Bagni and Restaurants in the surrounding area.
Breakfast is an active service in Low, Medium and High season. In very high season with weekly stays the breakfast service is not active.
