On the first hill of Diano Marina,you’ll find the holiday farm "Casale Filiberto", an ancient stone farmhouse recently restored and furnished with care. The house’s 20 sqm terrace among it’s vineyards and olive groves offers a unique sea view.
“Casale Filiberto” is the ideal choice for a relaxing sea holiday that you can combine with visit to the nearby San Remo, Genoa and Monte Carlo.
The accommodation
Agriturismo Casale Filiberto is an old stone house recently renovated with careful attention to detail in the green of the olive trees of his own company with a wonderful sea view. The farm consists of two apartments for 4 / 6 people 60
sqm each: “The Gulf”; and “The Terrace”. The first called the Gulf because of its private garden offers a splendid view over the Diano Marina’s Gulf, while the second owes its name to a private terrace of 20 square meters where you can
see, comfortably seated, the sea and its enchanting sunsets.
Both apartments have fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower, sofa bed and two bedrooms. They are also each equipped with 32 inch LCD satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, WiFi internet access, private BBQ, outdoor tables, parasols, deck, private outdoor parking.
Activities and surrounding
For lovers of nature walks on “incompiuta” a pedestrian and bicycle path overlooking the sea that connects Imperia to Diano Marina. There are also numerous walks and two wheels offering our beautiful countryside.
Nearby you can visit the Caves of Toirano, of great historical and natural interest, the exotic gardens of Villa Hanbury, near Ventimiglia and the “Balzi Rossi”. For a whole day, in contact with nature, it’s possible to go to the Valley of Wonders, a circle of glacial lakes scattered, minerals and stone carvings around 40000 on the border with France.
By car you can reach the lake “Les Mesches”; at 1300 m and then on foot to visit the Valley. There are several routes with different indices of difficulty.
