The agriturismo

Converted from an old villa with mill dating back to the 17th century, from which the frescoed plaster, window frames and part of the flooring were reused in creating comfortable accommodation. The villa is at the heart of a large farm where the orchard, olive grove and aromatic plants complement traditional flower-growing.

The accommodation

The property has retained the distinctive architectural features of the villa. Guests can make use of the common areas: the cool indoor courtyard and loggia overlooking the garden, in which there are tables and chairs for breakfast and dinner; the entrance hall designed as a country kitchen with large rustic table.


L’alcova: retains the original artistic window frames and the 18th century terracotta floor. The old “family” bed is set in the old alcove. The bathroom has been built symmetrically to the old wall cupboard, and both are enclosed by the original doors. Can be combined with an adjacent double room.

I colombi: composed of a kitchen with an old fold-out table and bedroom which, before the work, had been “home” to a pair of white doves. The apartment is completed by a bathroom. It can be combined with the adjacent “Le feritoie” room.

Il campanile: consisting of a spacious, bright living area that opens up onto the terrace. A cot can be added in the double bedroom. The ropes of the bells from the bell tower hang down from the ceiling of the room with two single beds. Also equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.

Activities and surrounding

Located inland from Imperia, 3 km from the sea, where guests can enjoy sports such as sailing, surfing, kite surfing, diving, fishing and whale watching. The cycle path stretches over 20 km fromS. Lorenzo to Sanremo and is suitable for families. For experienced cyclists, there are the Cipressa and Poggio climbs. An athletics field is only 2 km away.

The swimming pool, where world championships and international water polo tournaments are held, is 10 minutes away, at the port, near the sports hall and tennis courts.

It is possible to visit the inland area up to the ramparts of the Alps, following the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, discovering picturesque villages such as Valloria, the town of painted doors, or Rezzo and its wood. Visits are possible to the Oil Museum, Triora and its witches on top of the Valle Argentina. Sanremo is just 20 km away while Monaco and Nice are about half an hour’s drive andGenoa an hour.
