For apartments, final cleaning is charged and is a mandatory expense of 50 Euro per stay.
Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.; agree on arrival time on previous days.

Tourist tax: in the municipality of Diano Castello, the tourist tax is applied for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, in the period from January 01 to December 31, at a cost of Euro 1.00 per person (minors under 12 years of age are exempt).
