The property is located in a quiet and romantic place where you can be regenerated by the sun, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view of the valley. The outside of the building is surrounded by a large park planted with mimosa trees and equipped with barbecue available for all guests. In the meadow above the house is a swimming pool equipped with an outdoor shower and a nice solarium with sun loungers.
Advancing toward the Prino Valley, a few kilometers from the sea immersed in vegetation like islands in a sea of olive trees, are the numerous hamlets and villages of Dolcedo, which as early as 1200 was called Villadolce and is the most populous core of the valley. It was the ancient seat of the market, and the vestiges of its past are still present with the majestic Baroque church of St. Thomas and the Bridge of the Knights of Malta, the Saracen towers for sighting and defense.
The agritourism is located near a riding school , so there are several inland walks on ancient trails and paths.
Dolcedo's central location allows for both mountain excursions to the nearby Maritime Alps, which can be reached in about an hour's drive, and visits to beautiful Ligurian villages such as Cervo, Alassio, Borgio Verezzi, and cities such as Sanremo, Bordighera, Monte Carlo, and Nice.
