Agriturismo Uliveto Saglietto

Saglietto is located in Poggi, a medieval village 10 minutes' drive (30 minutes' walk) from the sea, overlooking the sea and surrounded by olive groves. The Saglietto family has restored historic family houses and created charming apartments. The property is divided into 3 parts: the main house with courtyard, swimming pool, large garden and 2 houses in the hamlet near the main entrance where you can enjoy authentic village life. The relaxation area is located under a century-old pine tree with an unobstructed view of the sea. Here you can taste our products, Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, olives in brine and our wines, Vermentino and Pigato.  

Tiziana created a new charming tourist reality'' L'Uliveto Saglietto'', in the small village of Poggi: glamorous apartments set in its heart, surrounded all around by a cellar, an oil-mill, and a wonderful, age-long pine tree. Our village of Poggi is beautifully positioned on gentle hillsides behind Imperia. It overlooks the Mediterranean, and gives the visitor wonderful sights of the blue sea and the silver-grey of the olive groves.

Today there are apartments situated in the olive groves and in the historical part of the village: the guest can choose to sample village daily life or simply bask in the sun and admire the sea.

Our farmhouse offers 7 apartments. The apartments have been restored respecting local traditions and using stone, slate, clay and wood in order to make a traditional Liguria house. 

Grande Pino apartment (max 2 adults and 1 small child in baby cot)
This small charming “studio apartment”  is situated in a small private court-yard in which grows a 250 year old pine tree,with a panoramic view of the sea. One large room divided into – day zone including double bed sofa, double bedroom, kitchen and all utensils, bathroom and terrace equipped with table,chairs, sunbed and umbrella. Ideal for a couple or a family with small child  who are looking for an informal holiday but also like genuine high quality surroundings.

Aromatico
Quaint little stone property, once the site of of just harvested olives. It has been trasformed in a charming Ligurian property with stone built terraces and a large garden with olive trees ideal for children's games or a relaxation corner. It has a barbeque and table plus a wonderful sea view. The apartment is divided as follows: day room with open kitchen,  a sofa double bed. Tv sat, matrimonial room,  bathroom with shower, air coditioning. Ideal for a couple or a family with a maximum of two children. 

Poggiolo

Il Poggiolo apartment is located in the medieval village, a short walk from the main building and the swimming pool. Conservatively renovated, with natural stone walls and a small balcony overlooking our property and part of the sea, this apartment, located near other houses in the village, breathes full of village life.It consists of: Living area with fully equipped open kitchen, table with chairs, bedroom with double bed, small living room with single sofa bed + small additional single bed, bathroom with shower.

Bellavista (smq 80)

Bellavista is our try at carefully restoring a part of the upper floors of the old anitque building called "the bishop", which was built in 1783. In our opinion the restoration of the frescoes in the master bedroom and the construction of modern living totally make the Bellavista an extremely charming apartment. The restauration work was done by using only natural materials and colors. The Bellavista is composed of a large master bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a large open living area , which also has a a sofa (double bed 160 x 190 cm), satellite TV, a large modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, large window towards the balcony furnished with table and chairs, and a tent for the sun. It gives a splendid view of the sea and the majestic ancient pine tree, which is 250 years old.Recommended for those who love ancient, researched houses, total relaxation and privacy.

“La Finestra sul Mare” was born from a careful conservative restoration, thanks to which a charming apartment was obtained that is not, however, devoid of Ligurian authenticity.,The apartment is located on the first floor of the main house and enjoys a view, from the window of the living area, of the garden, the sea and the pool. It consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a king-size bed (180 x 200), two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a living room, and a kitchen equipped with the necessities for living.

To ensure a high level of comfort, “la finestra sul Mare” alternates antique terracotta floors, natural parquet, and resins (with underfloor heating) in the bathrooms.,A few steps on foot lead to the garden below where there is a dedicated table and chairs and the area with the pool.,Animals are not accepted for this apartment.

Suitable for two couples or a family with up to 2 children over the age of 14.
