All accommodation is accessible to guests of any age, with the exception of:
-Apartment Bellavista, which has frescos in the double room and is only allowed to families with children over 14 years . Children are accommodated in a double sofa bed in the living area.
Located on the second and top floor of the historic building dating from 1783, it also has original stairs with high risers and is therefore not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
-Appartamento Aromatico and Poggiolo are only accessible to children between 6 and 12 years of age.
-apartment Poggiolo, Borgo vecchio 1 and 2, Bellavista, La Finestra sul Mare are located in the old village.
Children must be requested by e-mail.
The flat La Finestra sul Mare is suitable for families with children over the age of 14.
Please note that our houses are conservative restorations of historical houses and therefore there are stairs with high steps, small passages being located in an ancient village. Car parks are 200 metres away.
The house Borgo Vecchio 1 and the house Finestra sul Mare do not have a private balcony/terrace. You will find the property's garden with tables and chairs a few metres away, where you have free access.

Check-out: by 9.30 a.m.
Compulsory tourist tax: 2€ per person, for all guests from 13 years old for the first 10 days of stay.
Deposit: 250€ as a guarantee, payable in cash on arrival and to be returned on departure.
