Agriturismo Filanda is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by greenery, ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature. This old farmhouse offers comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms and apartments. Guests can relax in the large garden, enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and use the children's play areas.

The property has tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and soccer fields, ensuring fun and activities for all. The strategic location allows guests to explore Lake Garda and participate in unique experiences such as cooking classes, visits to apiaries and local olive oil mills. With a focus on hospitality, La Filanda is the ideal choice for couples or family vacations, offering an unforgettable stay of relaxation and outdoor activities.

The accommodation

In 1999, the former Cavazza farm (which was once a woodshed, storage, farmer housing) was renovated and turned into flats. They are spacious and sun filled, with all modern comforts though maintaining the special architecture qualities: exposed wooden beams and large windows.

The park is also spacious (20,000 sq m) and the sports area offers a playground for kids. The two pools have a lifeguard: the bigger is 20x10m , while the smaller one is suited for children. We offer 3 barbecues in the garden, areas for pets, with new kennels.

For work meetings and team building courses, you may enjoy our conference room with video projector and Internet point; coffee breaks and catering.

Activities and surrounding

Guests may play tennis, soccer, volleyball, beach volley, basketball. Each week, during summer period, we offer tastings of our oil with cocktail.

Nearby is the historic residence of the Cavazza family, which may be visited each Tuesday by boat, from the port of Portese.

In addition to excursions in the Parco Naturale della Rocca, also by mountain bike, guests may enjoy the golf course, taste wines in local cellars, visit Verona (50 km) and Mantua (65 km).
