An old Lombard farmhouse, the oldest part of which dates back to the 1400s, has been brought back to life, keeping unchanged the charm and splendor accumulated over the years. Thanks to careful renovation work, using only natural materials such as stones, wood and bricks and preserving the old terracotta and wood floors nailed to the ground, it still presents unchanged traces of past historical eras.

TheLa Brezza del Roncoapartment is on two levels; on the ground floor is the large living area with fully equipped kitchen and on the first floor the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. From spring 2020 the rooms are equipped with a new air conditioning system. Totally independent, the apartment is entirely covered by Wi-fi. Included is the use of the brand new saltwater infinity pool with spectacular views of Milan and the Apennines.

Wine has been produced for a few years, thanks to a vineyard that was planted in 2007. It is located near the estate, in a plot of land where a processing cellar has also been built and where the wine waits patiently to be bottled.
The panoramic view from the Estate is a breathtaking spectacle; on the clearest days the view runs as far as the spires of Milan Cathedral and far beyond to catch sight of the beginning of thearc of the Apennines.
For lovers of biking and trekking , wonderful itineraries to discover Como and its Lake are proposed, thanks to the friends of BikEmotion. The agrtìturismo is an excellent starting point for visiting Lake Como. In Cernobbio , the 16th-century Villa d'Este and the famous Villa Erba, one of the most important Italian lake villas of the 19th century and now an internationally renowned congressional exhibition complex, are worth a visit. Continuing north to Ossuccio, famous for the spectacular Isola Comacina, the lake's only island, and the Sacro Monte di Ossuccio, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2003. Also worth a visit are the nearby towns of Moltrasio and Lenno, with Villa Passalacqua and Villa Balbianello.Then along the coast is Tremezzo and its Villa Carlotta, with its terraced gardens and museum, embellished with works by Canova, Thorvaldsen and Hayez.
At the meeting point of the three branches of the lake rises Bellagio with its elegant aristocratic villas, including Villa Serbelloni and Villa Melzi, the latter famous for its botanical park.
