The farmhouse has ideal features as it consists of independent apartments that are well separated from each other.

The tourist tax will be calculated separately and consists of € 1.00 per day per adult up to 4 (four) days. Children pay from 14 years of age and older. Disabled persons do not pay. Red Cross staff do not pay.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Early check-in and late check-out incur an extra euro 50.00.
Check-out: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
SOFA BEDS ARE TO BE CONSIDERED AS ADDITIONAL BEDS (euro 30.00 per person per day): for children under three years old, crib and high chair are available for an extra charge. It does not matter if the beds are used or not, the price is per guest.
The minimum stay is always 2 nightse 4 nights in Peak Season (July 12 to August 17, 2025).
Reservations will only be confirmed by submitting credit card information (Visa/Mastercard), a 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
Reservations may be cancelled without further charge up to one month (30 days) prior to arrival. In case of cancellation one month prior to arrival another 25% will be charged, in case of cancellation one week prior to arrival, no show, decrease of reserved days or early departure for any reason, the full amount will be charged.
The balance must be paid upon arrival.
Upon arrival, it is also mandatory to present at least one form of identification for each person and sign the provisions pertaining to Privacy
