A short distance from the sea, on a hill with a panoramic view, a villa with private swimming pool and restaurant welcomes guests for a relaxing holiday, contact with nature, bike rides and guided tours of the estate, its vineyards and its olive groves.
The accommodation
In the municipality of Cupra Marittima with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea, an agriturismo surrounded by an estate of 20 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, orchards and herb gardens, an ideal place to spend a weekend or holiday enjoying walks or bike or horse rides or taking a dip in the agriturismo’s pool.
The 5 rooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible, are elegantly furnished. All have TV and independent heating and guests can enjoy the shared reading room, garden with play area for children, swimming pool, bike hire and wi-fi internet. It is also possible to rent 1 separate apartment for 8 people with private garden, sea view and private parking.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo restaurant, converted from the old stables, can seat 60 and offers a tasting menu that changes with the seasons, based around produce from the farm’s vegetable garden and from neighbouring farms. Lunches, banquets, events and guided tours of the farm estate can be organised.
