Agriturismo San Filippo Neri is a paradise in the green, in Castignano, on the border with iOffida, both ancient medieval villages typical of the Marche region.It's 15 minutes from the sea, where you can visit the historical and romantic town of Grottammare and the famous and charming town of San Benedetto del Tronto; and 15 minutes from the mountains, the Monti della Laga, the Sibillini, the Gran Sasso and all the other chains of the central Apennines.

Family run, it has two apartments, an annexe, a special room for a romantic stay and a swimming pool for exclusive use, all enriched by the scent of lavender and the colours of pomegranate flowers.

The farmhouse is completely surrounded by nature and consists of two independent apartments with 4/6 beds, an independent double bedroom and an outbuilding by the pool consisting of living room / kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom.

Accommodation services: hot-cold air, free wifi, pots, dishes, SMART TV, iron, washing machine and phone.

Theapartment "Il Melograno", about mq. 70, welcomes you on the first floor of the structure, totally independent and completely new, even in the furniture.

It offers 2bright and spacious rooms with double beds and the possibility of adding another bed; kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge and induction hob; living room with dining table, TV and sofa; bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi.

Theapartment "L'ulivo", of about 63square meters, consists of a living room enriched by 2 balconies with fireplace, TV, sofa and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction hob.

There are 2 large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding another bed, and bathroom with shower.

The special room "Il nettare" is dedicated specifically for your stay in the name of good romance.

A double room with private bathroom, will be your love nest where you can discover and live your feelings in the company of your loved one.

Dependance "La lavanda": located by the pool, with wooden structure, of mq. 43.

You will find a double bedroom with the possibility of adding another place, a private bathroom with shower and a kitchen at your complete disposal. The sensation that will give you will be that of being outside, even if surrounded by walls, as it has large and bright windows from which to admire the surrounding landscape from several points of view.

The farmhouse offers afull range of culinary activities :

- Visit and wine tasting of the wines of the "Tenuta Spinelli" Winery , internationally famous for its numerous awards and prizes (the same is located in the same complex);

- Visit the apiaries and the honey laboratory of the company where, by appointment, we offer educational courses on the wonderful world of bees.

- In addition to the vineyards, the structure offers many orchards and among these stands out theplanting of pomegranate and cherry trees.

- For enthusiasts, the farmhouse also has a vegetable garden where guests can enjoy harvesting vegetables and sowing seeds for the next guests.

- In the evening, aperitifs can be organized by the pool while listening to good music.

Thanks to the strategic position of the farmhouse, sport lovers have the possibility to go through farm itineraries where they can admire the suggestive hills of the Marche region and the medieval villages.

In addition to the town of Castignano, with its characteristic morphological aspect and itsmedieval re-enactment festival called "Templaria ", it is possible to visit other nearby towns such as Offida, Acquaviva, Ripatransone and Ascoli Piceno, thehistorical city of a thousand towers.where you can taste the olives all'ascolana in the local that overlooks Piazza del Popolo, known for its second name "Salotto d'Italia", and finally San Benedetto del Tronto, seaside town that offers in addition to the sea a guaranteed fun both day and night.
