The agriturismo

In the cultivated countryside of the Marche hills, the agriturismo enjoys stunning views of the Monti Sibillini Park, which is around an hour’s drive away. The fresh and breezy summer climate and the wonderful snowy winters make this the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday all year round.

The agriturismo is also part of an educational farm.

The accommodation

The guest apartments are located in two traditional houses: in the smaller building, 2 apartments with independent entrances, open fireplaces and green space (one for 2 guests, the other for 3 people); in the larger building, 3 apartments with independent entrances, double bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. The ground floor apartment is suitable for disabled guests, while one of the first floor apartments boasts features typical of a country house, and the third apartment, also on the first floor and split over two levels, offers an additional bedroom with bathroom and a reading room. Additional beds are available.

 

All guests have access to the lounge (also suitable for small celebrations) with TV and Wi-Fi, and the bar with reception desk, the shop selling typical produce, wide green space with tables and chairs, the laundry room with washing machine and tub, and the barbecue. Breakfast can be enjoyed in your apartment or in the garden.

Activities and surrounding

Guests can also get involved in farm life, feeding the animals (donkeys, rabbits, chickens, geese…), cultivating the vegetable garden and baking bread in the wood burning oven. There are also bread making workshops, walks to search for footprints in the woods and outdoor theatre available. Each week all guests are invited to a dinner, the ideal chance to socialise and meet new friends.

Nearby you’ll also find the agriturismo’s partner riding school, with the possibility of discounts for guests, and a selection of restaurants. In the local area, you can enjoy trekking and birdwatching along the farm’s trails, or excursions in the Monti Sibillini Park, with the chance to explore one of the 9 sections of the Grande Anello dei Sibillini (a 124 km trail encircling the entire mountain chain). 30 minutes takes you to fishing lakes.

Be sure to pay a visit to key cultural destinations such as Fermo and Ascoli Piceno, with their museums and archaeological sites.
