Agriturismo La Quarta

The La Quarta farmhouse is 3 km from Porto San Giorgio and 2.5 km from the beach (2008 Blue Flag award-winning sea), is nestled in the beautiful nature of the Marche hills and offers a panoramic view of the Fermo coastline. The farmhouse consists of a manor house from the late 1800s, and was recently renovated by the Marconi family, who oversaw the restoration, giving the house back its former glory with modern comforts.

The property consists of 6 independent apartments (Menta, Rosmarino, Basilico, Salvia, Ginestra 1 and Ginestra 2), all furnished with period furniture in perfect harmony with the grit ceilings and floors. The wall paintings, in harmony with the colors of the countryside, make the farmhouse warm, welcoming and exclusive. All apartments are equipped with a gazebo with chairs and table.

Menta: comfortable apartment equipped with double bed, single bed, kitchenette with 4 burners equipped, bathroom, covered outdoor porch with chairs and tables accessible by outdoor stairs.

Rosmarino: like the Menta apartment, it is also equipped with a double bed, single bed, kitchenette with 4 fires equipped, bathroom and porch with table and chairs.

Salvia: lovely apartment equipped with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 fires equipped, bathroom and porch with table and chairs.

(Rosmarino and Salvia respectively possess two separate but communicating entrances and are located under the same roof. Ideal for families of friends vacationing together! They have private access to the terrace and pool via their own driveway)

Basilico: cozy apartment equipped with a double bed, single bed, possibly a sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 equipped burners, bathroom and porch with table and chairs.

Ginestra 1 and Ginestra 2: recently renovated modern apartments equipped with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, small living room with kitchen with stove and sink, (Ginestra1 also includes dishwasher and air conditioner), bathroom and outdoor porch with table and private fenced garden for each broom. Ideal for families with children and 4-legged pets!

E-BIKE RENTAL: is available free of charge from April 25 to June 15, and from September 15 to October 25.

BEACH SERVICE: sunbeds and umbrellas can be taken free of charge and placed on the free beach.

In agreement with the facility, it will also be possible to participate and organize on-site activities aimed at the preparation of bread, pizzas, cakes using the organic flours produced by the farm.

In the surrounding area, in addition to enjoying the sea and the very nearby beaches, it is possible to make several excursions in the green hills of the Marche region and visit the characteristic villages of Torre di Palme, Moresco (joined the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy since 2002) and Monterubbiano. In addition to visiting the town of Fermo, it is also possible to taste excellent local wines at the Madonnabruna and Lumavite wineries . Finally, for the more sporty, the Monti Sibillini National Park and the Conero Regional Park, both of which are rich in hiking trails immersed in the nature of the Marche, are recommended.
