Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: until 11:00 a.m. (we will meet your needs upon early request). In case of early arrival, while waiting for check in you can deposit your luggage at the facility and temporarily stay by the pool.
BALANCE > The balance is to be paid directly at the facility in cash or by bank transfer.
BRUSCHETTA TASTING: included in the price is a tasting of a bruschetta made of local ancient wheat bread jervicella seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
Possibility to recharge your electric car for a fee
E-BIKE RENTAL: is available free of charge from April 25 to June 15, and from September 15 to October 25.
BEACH SERVICE: sunbeds and umbrellas can be taken free of charge and placed on the free beach.

- Children: one child under 4 years of age is free of charge. If more than one child under 4 years present, the first child does not pay, while the others pay the full fee. A breakfast fee of € 5.00 is always required, however, and will be payable in addition to the balance of the reservation.
- Barbecues: 2, one charcoal and one gas, included in the price for free use
- Bicycles: 3 bicycles available for guest use. In May, June, October and September free use of bicycles.
- Pets: allowed if well-behaved and small. Cleaning of apartments that have accommodated animals will be charged 30.00 euros at the end of the week/stay.
- Ginestra 1 and Ginestra 2: own private fenced garden.
- Swimming pool for shared use (neither pool towels nor swimming caps are provided, the use of which is mandatory. If without, there is the possibility of purchasing them at the facility). Each apartment also has an umbrella and two sunbeds included in the price.
- Basil and Sage: own heating system and pellet stove, usable at an additional price of 10.00 euros per day.
