The agriturismo
The farm is located behind the Aso River, in the spectacular valley of the same name, also known as the Enchanted Valley.
In a region peppered with hills, farms and farmhouses, just outside the medieval town of Ortezzano, guest accommodation in two old farmhouses from the end of the nineteenth century, renovated to maintain the original architectonic and rural style.
The accommodation
Independent apartments and rooms, furnished in rustic style in line with rural tradition. Each room or apartment comes with a cot included in the price. The agriturismo includes a farm shop with a small display of typical Aso Valley produce, where guests can buy the farm’s seasonal fruit and vegetables.
The property’s large garden includes a swimming pool and play area.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo offers 16 hectares cultivated with fruit trees, plums and kiwis, certified by Globalgap and Tesco Nature's Choice, where guests can enjoy mountain biking, trekking or walks through nature, or observe the work on the farm.
The agriturismo is an excellent base for both the Adriatic Riviera, 20 km away (Porto S. Elpidio, Porto S. Giorgio, Pedaso, Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto) and the Monti Sibillini National Park, 30 km away.
The town has five-a-side and regular football pitches and tennis courts. Nearby you will also find a riding school and a fishing lake. A short distance away there are a range of food stores, a butcher’s, a bar, a bank, a pharmacy, a gym and a wellbeing centre.
