The agriturismo
The farm is in the Apiro area, in the hills of the Marches Apennines, 25 km from Jesi and Fabriano, and 45 km from the Adriatic coast.
The estate is set in the countryside, surrounded by age-old oak and olive trees. The old farmhouse has been painstakingly restored in keeping with sustainable construction methods and using recycled materials. The utmost attention has also been paid to interior decor and furnishings, which are partially recycled and partially purchased following careful selection.
The accommodation
Guests are accommodated in 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 4 very comfortable apartments, with large rooms, bathroom, kitchen with fridge and sink. There is also a photovoltaic and thermal solar plant which ensures complete energy full self sufficiency. Controlled mechanical ventilation makes for ideal temperatures all year round. Rain water is harvested and re-used.
Outside is a large swimming pool with a view that sweeps across the Marches countryside. The facility is covered by Wi-Fi and offers a laundry service (for a charge).
