The agriturismo
The three old farmhouses that form the accommodation are located within a valley on the gentle hills between Pesaro, Urbino and Fossombrone, immersed in the green hills of the Marche and close to the sea.
The accommodation
8 apartments
Distributed in three different cottages are 8 independent apartments, connected by roads and paths through woods, orchards and olive groves.
The rooms are spacious and very traditional, terracotta floors and wooden beams. The atmosphere is heated by some typical fireplaces, the furnishings are all period and each apartment has a different collection of peasant objects.
Private parking is close to each apartment.
La Pieve
3 apartments located inside the rectory of the parish church of San Pancrazio, a church of the thirteenth century, surrounded by greenery, where Sunday is still celebrated mass for the few inhabitants of the small historic village that is less than a kilometer.
The apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchen, TV and independent heating, spacious living rooms overlooking the lawns of the valley, bathroom with tub and washing machine.
Ideal for 2-4 people.
Below the parish is the cellar with the workshop of the products of the valley (wine, oil, preserves, etc..)
Club house
It is the central farmhouse where are located the reception, the internet point, the library, the restaurant and the swimming pool. Upstairs the apartment consists of a large bedroom with loft, bathroom with washing machine, shower and bath, a very large living room with a nice fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, TV and heating.
Ideal for 2-4 people.
Villa Fiorenza
Farmhouse of the beginning of '900 in which 4 apartments have been obtained, large and pleasant, with independent heating, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large living room with fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cutlery.
The outdoor areas are equipped for relaxation, the farmhouse is not far from the nearby grove where the stream flows.
Ideal for 4-6 people.

This farm is suitable for those seeking relaxation, being immersed in the greenery and quiet of the hills of the Marche, as well as for those who want to spend their days at sea (Pesaro-Fano are 25 km), or for those who want to visit the cities of art which is scattered inland Marche (Urbino 20km and Fossombrone 10km), the villages rich in history and culture.J ust 8 km away is the beauty and spa centre "Le Terme di Raffaello" with indoor pools, whirlpools, mud baths and massages of all kinds.
In the valley, moreover, the traditions of the peasant world continue to live: the harvest, the harvest, the olive harvest and the preparation of the pork meat end in authentic folk festivals; the summer period is animated by every type of festival ,
