BOOKING PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT
To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% is required, by bank transfer. Your booking will be then definitive and binding for both parties. Immediately after the deposit you will receive confirmation of the booking. If for any reason you don't use your booked apartment your deposit will not be given back.
The balance (70%) is payable 45 days prior to arrival day.
A refundable 200 euro security deposit is requested.

Cancellation due to force majeure Covid-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to government measures restricting the freedom of movement in national or international territory due to Covid-19 and preventing you from coming to Italy, our policy for this exceptional situation is to refund the amount you paid for your booking.
