Surrounded by nature, Essentia is a farmhouse located in Larino, just 15 km from Termoli and reachable in less than 10 "by car from its motorway exit.The fruit of the restoration of the old family farmhouse, the house is surrounded by a large green lawn. and a flourishing kitchen garden and orchard.The rooms and suites are designed as a showcase of the territory and themed on the most important typical products of our Region: from oil to wheat, from Tintilia to Pampanella, the rooms have original furnishing elements , such as wine barrels or ancient containers of oil and wheat.The breakfast buffet and other meals of the day can be booked and enjoyed in the annex, an opportunity to discover the farm products and local delights.

The result of the restoration of the old family farmhouse, the mansion is surrounded by a large green lawn and a lush demonstration garden and orchard . The property consists of double, twin and triple rooms and a suite. The air-conditioned and individually furnished rooms and suite are designed as a showcase of the area and themed on the most important typical products of our region. Fromolive oil to wheat, from Tintilia to Pampanella, the rooms feature original furnishings, such as wine barrels or old oil and wheat containers; some with wooden ceilings, some with original floors, and some with fireplaces and freestanding tubs. Buffet breakfast and other meals for the day can be reserved and enjoyed in the guest house, an opportunity to discover the farm's products and local delicacies.

Essentia is not simply a farm. Essentia is an invitation to (re) discover and share a world and a different way of life: the essence of a rural world made of genuineness and conviviality based on slow rhythms of life, shaped on those of nature. This is why Essentia offers "farming experiences", activities and excursions aimed at making the rural world live at 360 °; it will thus be possible to relive the ancient olive harvest, take part in the harvest or a cooking course, visit a dairy farm or fruit and vegetable processing, walk on the ancient Tratturi or learn to orient at night by following the stars, as you it used to be. These peasant activities, which follow the natural cycles, will be different for each season, plus excursions on horseback, on foot or by mountain bike, joga courses, pilates and functional training, or simply a relaxing massage. Many experiences with only common thread: contact with nature. Being located between the municipalities of Termoli and Larino, Essentia is the ideal starting point to discover the coast and the immediate hinterland. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Termoli, a lively coastal town, visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria and the magnificent Swabian castle. From Termoli there is also the embarkation for the beautiful Tremiti Islands with their wonderful backdrops and the suggestive sanctuary of Santa Maria a Mare on the Island of San Nicola. Another coastal town with equipped beaches and pristine stretches of coastline is Campomarino Lido. Among the municipalities of the hinterland of particular interest is Larino, one of the most affluent villages in the history of Molise. Remarkable are the testimonies of the past eras, especially of the Roman age (amphitheater, baths, forum and mosaics) and of the Middle Ages (the Romanesque - Gothic Cathedral and the Palazzo Ducale). Other towns of interest are Civitacampomarano with the Angevin castle, Casacalenda with the LIPU oasis and the annual Molise Cinema Festival, Guardialfiera and San Martino in Pensilis which, like Larino, in addition to their historical and landscape riches enchant for centuries-old traditions and celebrations.
