The agriturismo
On one of the most beautiful hills between the Langhe and Montferrat, in Bionzo, the agriturismo is a typical Piedmont farm from the late nineteenth century, with the main house on one side and the stables and hayloft on the other.
With spacious terraces and airy balconies, the building’s architecture integrates perfectly with the surrounding rolling hills, which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014.
The accommodation
Located on the ridge of the hill which runs from Calosso towards Costigliole d'Asti, the farm has transformed its old rural spaces into rooms for conferences, seminars, meetings, concerts and shows. You’ll also find a "kitchen classroom", spacious lounges for themed dinners, tasting and banquets, beautiful terraces, comfortable bedrooms, a wine cellar and a period “crotin” (a type of wine cellar built into sandstone).
The farm also offers a venue for your events and comfortable accommodation, with 10 extremely spacious rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, perfect for family groups and local businesses too.
The swimming pool, nestled in the farm’s vines just a few metres from the house, is the perfect place for you to relax and your little ones to have fun.
Activities and surrounding
The farm’s vines provide the perfect natural setting for wonderful strolls, and guests can also hire bicycles for longer trips along the pathways recommended by the staff.
The area offers a rich schedule of events such as local fairs, festivals and historical re-enactments, the perfect opportunity to sample the local cuisine: one example, “Il Rapulè” takes place in the historic centre of Calosso during the third week in October, attracting thousands of tourists from all over the world every year.
Just a few km away you’ll find the Agliano Spa Centre, perfect for a spot of pampering.
